Latvia is a beautiful country that features the most beautiful women per capita in the world!  Because it is part of the European Union and therefore relatively tourist friendly (at least compared to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.) Latvia offers a unique opportunity to meet some really spectacular model quality women who would be well out of your league (or price range) anywhere else.  Unfortunately for every guy who comes to Latvia and has a great time with a gorgeous Latvian model there are many others who come and fall victim to one of the many pitfalls that exist.  As you have probably heard, Latvia, while being safer than most Eastern bloc countries, still is home to many scams artists.  They particularity like to take advantage of single men or stag parties that are looking for a good time with some local Latvian ladies.  Because of that it is very important to understand the local Latvian scene before going out so you can experience the incredible Latvian girls without falling victim to some rip offs or criminals.
